Each item undergoes a thorough quality check before being shipped to ensure that it meets our quality requirements. Please note that all refund or replacement requests must be made within 99 days of delivery. For the best assistance, contact us as soon as an issue arises.

 

Return of defective/damaged items

1. To request a return, please email us at saleonly99@outlook.com.

2. Attach clear photos or videos of the problem and a detailed description.

3. We will refund or replace within 48 hours.

4.  For defective or damaged items, there is no need to return the items; you just need to provide us with the required evidence.

 

Return Service Procedure for Returns of Poor Quality Products

If you need to return a product due to non-quality reasons, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service within 99 days from the delivery date to request a return and obtain the return address.

2. Pay the return shipping costs and provide the shipping label to customer service.

3. After receiving the shipping label, our customer service will process the refund.

Important Note : For returns without quality issues, you will receive a 70% refund of the product amount. For personalized items, a 30% deduction is applied as a craft fee.

 

Return costs 

If the product has quality problems, the customer does not need to return the product, we are responsible for refund or replacement. 

In all other cases, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns processing time

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed. 

Once your item is received and scanned at our warehouse, the refund will be made to the account you provided.

 

Notes on Refunds

1. Refund will be made using the original payment method.

2. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns of products that do not have a quality problem.
