Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• United States & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Other international destinations: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Before returning an item, please contact us at customellosupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
